Maria Elena Bello is an American actress. Permanent Midnight (1998) and Payback (1999), Coyote Ugly (2006), The Cooler (2004), A History of Violence (2006), The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor (2008). Grown Ups (2010), Prisoners (2013). Lights Out (2016). Bello was a major player in the world of television as Dr. Anna Del Amico in the medical drama ER (1997-1998) and with other roles that were starring, like Michelle McBride in the first season (2016) of Goliath as well as Jacqueline Sloane in the first season of Goliath, a Special Agent on NCIS from 2017 to 2021. Bello was born April 18, 1967 in Norristown, Pennsylvania,[2] to Kathy Bello, a nurse at school and teacher as well as Joe Bello, a contractor.Her father is Italian American, with roots in Montella, Italy, and her mother is Polish American.She grew up in a poor, Catholic family and graduated from Archbishop John Carroll High School in Radnor, Pennsylvania. [7][8] Her major was in political science at Villanova University. Bello trained in acting in New York and continued to enhance her acting skills after graduation. Bello, along with Dan McDermott is the proud mother of Jackson. She published a blog in November of 2013 about her identical-sex relationship, Clare Munn, and how it ended.
